Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 - What's New?

Microsoft released to manufacturing this past weekend their new Dynamics CRM 4.0 application.  This is very exciting news for CRM customers and anyone looking to implement a CRM software solution.  Microsoft has put together an excellent document that discusses what features are new with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.

Very exciting improvements.  Email-to-case is much-needed. Plug-ins for event pipeline are also nice.
