The whole crew met at MSP to fly out to the SharePoint Conference this morning with some small delays while passing through security.  Once we all connected we started discussing a game plan for the day and decided to make our way to the hotel and then head over for registration before the party started.  After we landed we all opened up our connections to the outside world and anyone standing near by could tell a bunch of techie’s were getting together.

@pjirsa was kind enough to arrange our transportation over to the Luxor, and after getting too many bags stuffed into the back of the car we were off for a quick drive out in Las Vegas.

Once we got checked in to the hotel, we started our journey over to Mandalay Bay to get the registration process started.  Once we arrived the registration line started building as more and more people started to arrive for the kickoff mixer.  After walking around and checking out a few vendor booth’s in the exhibit hall, we decided to drop off our registration information back at the hotel and grab a quick bite to eat before heading over to the SharePint to meat up with the community of over-excited SharePoint fans.

The crowd grew quickly and we were able to meet up with a bunch of people before deciding to call it a night / early morning.  Off to get some rest before the big day starts up tomorrow
