Microsoft has finally released their Daylight Savings Time patches for CRM on March 2nd. You can download them, and the documentation, here. There is also a remediation tool you can run to clean up any activities that are innacurate in CRM, due to the Daylight Savings Time change.
Be sure to read the documentation prior to installing the patches, or running the remediation tool. You should also apply all Windows and exchange/Outlook patches prior to applying the CRM patches.
