&lt;p&gt;I didn't know where to find this, but this definitely does the trick!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For some reason during the upgrade from 3.0 to 4.0 the reports did not convert correctly.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I removed the reports from the reports server completly, pointed to the reportserver URL and they were added automatically.&lt;/p&gt;
